[cmake-developers] Failure of SimpleInstall

My [too] naïve patch for "automatic" lib64 handling on Linux x86_64 has broken
[at least] SimpleInstall test.

I did push forward the branch in order to avoid automatic handling of lib64
the feature is still there but not automatically set on.

86e272e Disable automatic lib64 handling (this breaks [at least] SimpleInstall)

This should please the tests.
May be it wouldn't be wise to merge this as-is to master.
I'll work again on it, any help is welcome.
