[cmake-developers] git doesn't let me push: bad whitespace at end?of line

I've pushed out the branch with the hooks and added a link to the Wiki.
Quick summary:

 $ git fetch origin
 $ cd .git/hooks
 $ git init
 $ git pull .. remotes/origin/hooks
 $ cd ../..

To update later, repeat the steps but without "git init".
