[cmake-developers] regarding cMake support on windows Itanium platforms

Hi Bill,

We are using C code (not c++) in our project. Since we have just started looking at cMake as an alternative for our builds, my knowledge to cMake is very limited at this point.

Could you please elaborate more on the c++ or build changes/dashboard that you mentioned in your previous response.
