[cmake-developers] CMake on Vista32 - Single test fails

Hello,

I setup CMake dashboard on Windows Vista 32 and there seems to be a
single issue. That said, it looks like it is a Visual Studio 2005 SP1
issue and not a Vista.

Oh, except the fact that you have to type administrators password all the time.
