[cmake-developers] [PATCH] kdevelop generator: run executable from binary dir instead of /

Hi,

the attached patch fixes #2999.
With this patch the directory from which the built executable is run by 
kdevelop is changed from "/" to the current binary directory, which should be 
better for basically all circumstance.
