[CDash] many large .xml files in storage/app/parsed, needed?

Hi Sean,

Yes, it's safe to delete these files. They should be getting automatically
deleted in accordance with your `BACKUP_TIMEFRAME`
<https://github.com/Kitware/CDash/blob/master/docs/config.md#other-settings>
setting (default 48 hours).
