[CDash] CDASH_MANAGE_CLIENTS

Hi.

I try to enable client management in CDash but it seems to me it’s not doing anything. Is this feature still available or something changed, because i don't find any newer referece to it, only old stuff calling it as an experimental feature. If so what is the other way to manage builds on machines.
