[CDash] my.cdash.org upgrade

Hello,

You are receiving this email either because you are subscribed to the
CDash mailing
list, or because you are listed an an administrator of an active project on
my.cdash.org.

I plan to perform a long overdue upgrade of my.cdash.org tomorrow Tuesday,
January 8th, beginning at 1pm EDT.  I estimate that this upgrade will take
about an hour to complete. During this time my.cdash.org may be unavailable
and any submissions to it may not be accepted.  I will send another email
once the upgrade is complete.

As a result of this upgrade, my.cdash.org will finally be reconciled with
upstream CDash master. So while the site may look a little different after
the upgrade, this change will make it possible to perform future upgrades
with much more regularity.
