[CDash] Duplicate dynamic buildgroups

I don't seem to be able to delete some duplicate dynamic buildgroups 
that got created. I can click on the trash can and it appears to delete 
them but a refresh shows they're still there. They are causing repeats 
in the dashboard that are annoying. In the screen capture below the 
entries associated with "Any JBF RHEL7 Heavy Input File Verification" 
show up three times in my "Heavy" dashboard, once for each time the rule 
is repeated. Again, clicking the trashcan icon appears to delete the 
rule but a reloading the page shows the duplicates are still there. Am I 
missing some step in actually getting the duplicates deleted?
