Thank you very much for fixing this issue:

Zack, can you please notify us when this fix is going to be installed at 
trunk.cdash.org?

We currently still have a workaround for this issue at 
http://trunk.cdash.org/index.php?project=SuperElastix as I described 
here before (entering uppercase "HTTPS" in the "Repository Viewer URL" 
field). Once the fix is there, we'd have to remove our workaround, of 
course!  :-)
