[CDash] Missing tracks

Hi list

we've just upgraded our cdash server from 2.2 or 2.3 to the 2.5 prebuilt 
from git.

Custom tracks do not seem to be appearing. I see that submission is 
successful from the build machine, but the "Pull Requests" and "Master" 
tracks/groups do not appear.

Interestingly, the feed dislpay, shows stats from the builds that are 
not appearing.

Any suggestions as to what I should look for to see why the tracks are 
missing?
