[CDash] Link to source code from errors pages are broken

Hi,

Here for example:

there is a hyperlink to:

<http://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/blob/master/VTK/Rendering/OpenGL2/vtkOpenGLState.cxx/blob/master/VTK/Rendering/OpenGL2/vtkOpenGLState.cxx#L402>

It's 404 though.  Someone might want to fix that.  :)

Does the feature work?  In my own/private instance of cdash, I'd like to have that link work.  Where does one configure the base URL?
