[CDash] How to connect with Perforce Server?

Hi,
since P4Web is deprecated and no longer supported by Perforce, how 
should I connect to a Perforce Server?  Partially, the P4Web 
functionality seems to be covered by Perforce Helix Swarm. I found an 
old version of P4Web and could try to use it, even with my up-to-date 
Perforce Server.

What is the latest practice to connect with Perforce?
