[Cdash] Flag test as skipped or not run at runtime

Hi,

Is there any way to signal a test as skipped or "not run" by the output of the test? Let's say at runtime the test determines that it can't be run completely in the current environment and you want to flag this as something less than failed but not a pass if that makes sense. Eg. Let's say you have a test suite that tests OpenGL features. Some of your test machines might not support the latest OpenGL 4 features. On the dashboard it would be good to see the OpenGL 4 tests as "not run" as opposed to passed or failed on particular machines.

Cheers
Matt
