[Cdash] Asynchronous submissions not processed anymore

Hi Julien,
just a short correction: processsubmissions.php is not called
automatically. When I checked the log,
my colleague had repeatedly called the URL by hand to circumvent the
problem.
So the issue seems to be, that do_submit.php does not call
processsubmissions.php correctly.
