[Cdash] Asynchronous submissions not processed anymore

Hi Martin,

I have seen this issue in the past. It's cleary the asynchronous call 
using CURL which is the issue. Are you using https?

Also can you send me the values of the following variables in your 
config.local.php:

$CDASH_SERVER_NAME
$CDASH_SERVER_PORT
$CDASH_CURL_REQUEST_LOCALHOST
$CDASH_CURL_LOCALHOST_PREFIX
$CDASH_BASE_URL
