[Cdash] subprojects XML definition

I need to create xml submissions from non-cmake/ctest code and send them
to cdash.  I downloaded the xml validation schema from the cdash wiki and
wrote to those with reasonable success.  My problem is that I would like
to use the subprojects to segment my builds and allow each team to have a
custom view into the items that are relevant only to them.

I found nothing in the schema documents that I believe relates to
subprojects at all.  Can someone tell me if a newer version of the
validation schema is available?  Is there some other method short of
reading the ctest or cdash code to understand how to set up my xml to take
advantage of this?
