[Cdash] (Label::InsertAssociation): SQL error: Duplicate entry and other errors

Hi,

once in a while our CDash (2.0.2) shows an error like this attached to the build:

Error reported on 2012-06-13 20:01:34 for build #19525
(Label::InsertAssociation): SQL error: Duplicate entry '2-19525-1985' for key 1

similarly, the global CDash Log shows contents like this:

NOTE: It is common in our unit tests environment that the builds are executed in paraller jobs.

Is this a matter of some incorrect CDash or database configuration ?
