[Cdash] coverage color palette

I just realised, you need perhaps 5 colours for the alternating reds and
greens? In any case I think the doodle will give you a nice hint of which
colours to chose until you have implemented the option where the user can
set his own colour scheme.. Let me know if I should change the doodle in
any way.
