[Cdash] Error Message: FileId not set

Hi: We're seeing these error messages in the CDash log:

[2012-04-23T05:39:23][ERROR][pid=25100](CoverageSummary Insert): SQL
error: ERROR:  syntax error at or near "," at character 226
[2012-04-23T05:39:23][ERROR][pid=25104](CoverageFileLog::Insert()):
FileId not set
[2012-04-23T05:39:23][ERROR][pid=25104](CoverageFileLog::Insert()):
FileId not set
(...This last line repeats about 100 times...)

We're using CDash 1.8.2, Apache 2.2.3, PHP 5.1.6, and CMake 2.8.5 on
CentOS 5.7.

Is there something in our installation we should look at to help
diagnose this error?
