[Cdash] Requirement for CDash installation?

Hi Eric,

CDash should be able to run with PHP 5.2 but PHP 5.3 is recommended. 
CDash 1.8.2 is the current release. We are planning on releasing CDash 
2.0 by the end of the year.

http://my.cdash.org is running version 1.9.0.
