[Cdash] CDash 1.8.2: Cannot upload image file as project logo

When I go to upload an image file for a Project logo, nothing shows up.

Is this a known problem in 1.8.2, or is there some trick to doing it?
(I didn't see any bug reports on this.)

>From the web dashboard, I select Administration, Project, Logo
I browse to the desired image file, at which point the "Changes need
to be updated" messages shows up in red next to the "Update Project"
button.
I click "Update Project", and it jumps back to the "Information" tab.

 - The logo has not changed.
 - Back on the Logo tab, "Current logo" still indicates "none".
 - I have tried various gif, jpg, and png files.
 - No errors show up in the cdash.log file.

Any help on this one?
