[Cdash] Problems Installing CDash

Hi,

I am new to CDash, and I was trying to install it just to play with it on my
ubuntu laptop. I was able to easily install php/mysql etc. and these things
work fine. I got to the point in the CDash installation where I was creating
a new project. Strangely, the "create project" button on the bottom was
grayed out; I could not click it, even though I had filled in all the
fields. I thought the only required field was the project name. What could I
have done wrong?

btw, the installation seemed to have created the myqsl database correctly. I
checked through phpmyadmin. It even had some tables in there. So I don't
know what the problem is.
