[Cdash] Problems sending builds to our Cdash

Hi Sergio,
Thanks for putting the logging information. Could you check the value of
the buildid returned by the
$build->GetIdFromName($build->SubProjectName);
Also could you check the $build->SubProjectName variable to see if it's
empty.
