[Cdash] strange display issues w/Dashboard

That is when our build system changed for nightlies to one based on
the Slicer 'Superbuild' -- I will look at how Slicer actually handles
tests.  It did introduce some indirection, in that BRAINS3/src is now
a CMake ExternalProject instead of a subdirectory.
