[Cdash] Test.xml submitted but not on dashboard

Hello Julien,
My new CDash installation is working fine now with compression enabled.
The --with-zlib option did the trick for my PHP installation.

CDash is a fine piece of software, many thanks for the quality you and
your colleagues keep putting into it.
