[Cdash] test do not show up, and switch off of duplicate warnings removal

Hi Julien,
For the XML parsing problem - I'm using CDash 1.6.4, ctest 2.8.0, and
mysql 5.1.36 with Apache/2.2.13.
The warning problem was just related to the fact that the build
directory was not cleaned and consequently no warnings were produced
during the build.
