[Cdash] Generating active http links in ctest output

Folks,

I probably used to know how to do this...

I would like to generate active http links in my ctest output. I want
to be able to navigate to the results of a test and in those results
have links that I can navigate . I may have hundreds of these links in
my output.

Currently, I see the http's, but they are not active:
