[Cdash] Cannot create project

Hello,

I have installed CDash using the instructions on the wiki.
This installation goes fine. I can create the admin user
and login. However, I cannot add projects. I put in values
but the submit button at the bottom remains disabled.

I can add users.

What might I be doing wrong?

Details:
Ubuntu 10.04
PHP 5.3.2 with php5-pgsql php5-xsl php5-curl php5-gd
Postgres 8.4.3
CDash 1.6.4 (also tried from SVN trunk)
