[Cdash] New CDash +- question

Sorry, it does not make sense to me.

"The -number is the number of warnings/errors "fixed", meaning warnings that
were not in the previous build."
Warnings that were not in the previoous build should be + (meaning new).

And as I look yesterday's vtk dashboard, almost every +number has a
-number which is the same.
