[Cdash] CDash 1.6 Release

Hi Perry,

my.cdash.org runs an SVN version of CDash because sometimes we 
experiment new features and cannot wait for new releases. As of today 
SVN-Head and 1.6.2 are the same code. Note that odd minor releases (1.5, 
1.7, etc...) are development versions (the next stable release will be 1.8).

If you know what you are doing and want the newest (not stable) features 
you could use CDash SVN-Head, but I'd strongly recommend to stick with 
the stable release on production servers.

I'm going to write some documentation on the build management soon 
(probably by next week). This feature is very much in beta right now but 
we would be happy for others to start playing with it and give us feedback.
