[Cdash] Changes to XML format on 1.7?

On our dashboard http://my.cdash.org/index.php?project=PJSIP the test
numbers does not seem to show up correctly. The number failed shows
'0' but if you clicked through it lists 8 failed. Same for 'Pass'
numbers.

We don't use CTest, but handcraft the XML to submit on our own, it
seems to work fine on pre-1.7.

Anybody know what's going on?
