[Cdash] Feature Request: Bug Trackers and the Dashboard

Hi Bill,

We talked some time ago about integrating CDash and a bug tracker. I'd 
like to see more integration between the tools. I think we could start 
with Mantis and see how it goes. I think you should file a feature request.
