[Cdash] Installation troubleshooting (Windows XP)

Hi,

I've recently installed cdash 1.4.2 on WinXp + Apache 2.2 + PHP 5.2.10
+ Mysql 5.1

I was not as smooth as I expected, however, after some effort spent I
managed to complete that. I think there are few things, which when
mentioned on the original install instructions (or just available on
this mailing list) will help others:

1. Apache has to be configured to allow PUT method, which is not
enabled by default. I managed to do it by enabling webdav.
2. For successful uploading of results folders rss and backup need to
be writable for apache. They weren't in my case (zip archive with
CDash unpacked under cygwin ?).
3. MySql has to have MYSQL40 enabled in "sql-mode", otherwise empty
insertions will fail. This __COULD__ be fixed within CDash itself, but
in the meantime there's a need for a workaround.
