[Cdash] Non-anonymous LDAP authentication (e.g. for Active Directory)

Hi Solomon,

Thanks for providing the patch. I have added the feature to the current 
CDash SVN and it will be part of CDash 1.6 (to be released by the end of 
the year). If you can test it using CDash SVN that would be great.
