[Cdash] Refresh issue

Hi Mathieu,

What do you mean by "manually refresh the page to get things right"?

Sourceforge is probably using a content delivery network (CDN) as well 
as internal caching of the dynamic pages, in order to provide high 
availability. What you are seeing is is probably the result of this 
caching. There might be ways to tell Sourceforge to avoid heavy caching, 
but the CDN might be trickier to solve.
