[Cdash] Integrating KWStyle into CDash

The HTML pages are not even supposed to be uploaded. They are usually
generated and put on the server itself, in a web directory. Even if you
upload the pages manually, CDash would have no idea what to do with it.
With the new support, the HTML pages will be generated dynamically by CDash.
