[Cdash] Missing Updated Files Link after 1.2 upgrade

Bill,

This should be fixed now.
CDash is getting the update asynchronously (so that the client doesn't 
wait for the SVN/CVS updates to be fetched) and the CDash server 
couldn't locate itself using the external URL (used by default).
