[Cdash] Problem with ViewVC and new file

For SVN: svn log $svnroot -r {2008-09-15}:{2008-09-16} -v 2>&1 (changes
between september 15 and september 16)
For CVS: cvs -d $cvsroot rlog -S -N -d "$fromtime<$totime" $module 2>&1
