[Cdash] Making a dashboard public?

I did create 3 public dashboard for 3 projects:

http://www.cdash.org/CDashPublic/index.php?project=TSP
http://www.cdash.org/CDashPublic/index.php?project=CERTI

the first 2 appears even if I'm not logged in (the expected behavior)
the last one only appears if I'm logged?

Did I make a mistake and create some kind of "private Dashboard"?
If it is so may I switch it to public?
If yes how? (I did not see any appropraite entry in "Edit Project")
