[Cdash] ParaView test in GDCM

Don't you like getting tests from other projects? :)

I think I know what the problem is. A Paraview (or other project) build 
is being removed (double submission) and a GDCM submission is parsed in 
the same time, and because the previous buildid is available, GDCM gets 
assigned the previous buildid and some remaining tests (which won't be 
deleted).

I'm putting a fix that hopefully will prevent that,
