[Cdash] [Minor] Multiple repository in CDash

Looks like for each repository for a given project, we need to be able to
specify independently the CVS/SVN ViewerURL and the CVS/SVN Viewer Type...

This happened after I added "VTKData" as a second repository for VTK update
reporting...

(Or alternatively and more easily: just do not provide hyperlinks on the
update report page for files that exist in a 2nd, 3rd, ... or Nth
repository... Only give hyperlinks for the 1st one.)

I like the first solution best, but the alternative would be better than a
broken link.
