[Cdash] Link to documentation

Hi cdash team,

Can I suggest to add a link from the cdash.org page to the Wiki
documentation? In the menu, there is CDASH:Documentation which is empty and
CDASH:FAQ which links to the wrong place.

You may get less questions on the mailing list :-)
