[Cdash] Fwd: Fwd: Dart2 to CDash migration

In the previous example, the date time is not specified, that's why the
build is not showing up in CDash.
Take a look at the following file to get an idea of what the XML look like:
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/backup/BatchMake_purple.kitware_darwin-gcc4.0.1_20080506-0100-Nightly_Test.xml
