[Cdash] Problem creating new project.

I'm currently trying to setup a local Cdash server here at GRC.

When I try to create a new project, I get the following error message:

   Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'emailbrokensubmission' at row
1

Maybe I'm filling in incorrect fields? 

Do any of the URL fields *have* to be filled out?
