[Cdash] Why do experimental sites vanish...

Hi there,

just a short question... why do some experimental sites just vanish? I 
have submitted a test yesterday around 6:30 pm (UTC+1) and today it's 
gone. I thought the experimental test section is intended to be open for 
everybody.
