[CastXML] [ANNOUNCE] pygccxml v1.8.0 released

Hi

I am really pleased to announce that pygccxml v1.8.0 has been released.

pygccxml is a specialized XML reader that reads the output from CastXML or GCC-XML.
It provides a simple framework to navigate C++ declarations, using Python classes.

This major version now uses CastXML by default. Multiple bugs have been fixed
and overall performance has been improved.
