[CastXML] Building CastXML on a linux machine

And I am not sure if I understood you correctly about source package. By
source package, do you mean the .deb package hosted in Ubuntu repositories?
I already looked at "source package" meaning .deb package, I didn't see
anything related to build process. Could you be more detailed?
