[CastXML] Building CastXML from Source

Hi Lewis,

Build instructions are in the README:

  https://github.com/CastXML/CastXML/blob/master/README.rst

Please help us clarify them if they are insufficient. One possible hangup:
when building Clang/LLVM, it is necessary to install it on the system or an
install prefix directory.  Point the CastXML build to this location with
LLVM_DIR.
