[CastXML] using castxml to generate python bindings

Hi All,
There is the xdress (http://xdress.xyz) project that aims to do this.
There is even a pull request to add castxml support (
https://github.com/xdress/xdress/pull/275) from Matt McCormick.
I don't personally have enough spare cycles to fully support this project
on my own. However, if there was renewed interest from more developers, I
am happy to help.
Maybe, in an ideal world, xdress would grow into the basis for another
project / effort.
